Overall the drive could deliver yet more pomp, as it’s not a totally wild sports car, but the tuning finery the Abarth offers above and beyond the Fiat puts it head and shoulders ahead. It’s a kind of frivolous experience, however, so while we’ve loved our short-term relationship with this 124 Spider, our hearts don’t quite long to live with one forever.
