If you’ve been missing Kirby in these troubled times, be at ease: Bandai Namco has just announced the release of their Can Badge Kirby’s Glitter ★ Pupupu Set.
(Yes, the star is absolutely necessary.)
The set includes a can badge maker that allows fans to press and create their own pins with Kirby’s face, as well as other accessories like clip-ons and keychain attachments. But that’s not all: the Set comes bundled with what looks to be 12 other designs, as well as enough material for at least ten badges.
But just ten badges might not be enough, because in addition to the designs provided by the set, fans can use the Can Badge Good! mobile app to customize their own badges. That includes printing funny animal faces, people’s real likenesses, and whatever else you can conceivably come up with. Be aware that you may need a VPN to download the app, as it doesn’t appear to be available outside of Japan. If you expect to find yourself burning through those ten badges quickly, make sure to pick up a pack of refills with your Kirby printing press!
