Aerith S Voice Actress Meeting Her In Game Self Is Too Cute For Words

When a voice actress meets herself in Final Fantasy VII Remake, things get emotional fast.

Imagine growing up, playing iconic video games like Final Fantasy VII, and then becoming a voice actor. Then imagine getting the call that Square Enix wants you to be the voice of Aerith Gainsborough in a remade version of Final Fantasy VII. Sounds like the dream gig, right?

It definitely was for Briana White, self-avowed gamer, YouTuber, and Twitch streamer. After playing games for years, she finally gets to be in one of them and it’s a dream come true.

Since Bri is a Twitch streamer, it’s only natural that she’d play Final Fantasy VII Remake on her stream. When she as Cloud gets to meet herself as Aerith, it’s an emotional moment. There are definitely tears.

The first time Cloud meets Aerith is a cute interaction where Aerith flirts awkwardly by giving Cloud one of her flowers. You can see Bri tear up as soon as Aerith comes into view and wipe away those tears after Sephiroth is done being a creep. And while the moment is emotional, it’s also cute too; Briana giggles at Aerith’s bubbly personality and Cloud’s apparent confusion.
