Starting Area Korok Seed
Right after spawning into the map, turn around. On the right-hand side (to the west), you’ll spy a little Korok flower to interact with.
Dining Hall Korok Seed
Head into the castle - in the Grand Hall, you’ll fight a few minibosses before being asked to take on the Blight Ganons.
Head up the eastern wing, where the Dining Hall once was. There, you’ll need to defeat Thunderblight Ganon.
Once that’s done, you can exit south to the dining hall’s balcony. From here, head left (east) to find and interact with a Korok pinwheel.
Astor Fight Korok Seed
Once you’ve taken down all the Blight Ganons, you can fight Astor and Harbinger Ganon. Once you’ve beaten Astor, leave the battle area and turn right, towards the dead end.
At the end, you’ll find a tree stump and a Korok hiding there.
