Like Agent 47, PlayStation just stealth dropped a bunch of titles for PlayStation Now, its on-demand subscription service. Hitman 2, GreedFall, and Dead Cells are all joining the service this month.

According to the PlayStation Blog, Hitman 2 and Dead Cells will be leaving the service on February 1, 2021, so you’ll have 6 months to complete them before they disappear.

Hitman 2 released in November 2018 with stellar reviews and a solid 82 Metacritic score across 70 outlets. As the name suggests, you step into the shoes of Agent 47 and attempt to assassinate numerous high-profile targets. The hook is that you can approach the situation in multiple ways, and developer IO Interactive encourages several playthroughs. Each of the maps is teeming with options for the player. It’s so detailed that an enemy can see you coming by looking at a mirror; however, if it’s fogged up, that is not the case.

Hitman 2’s inclusion on PlayStation Now is likely a play to get gamers interested in the upcoming sequel that is slated to release sometime in January. IO Interactive promises that the end of the World of Assassination trilogy will have a “dramatic conclusion” and that the contracts set forth towards him will be his most important.

Dead Cells is also a big get for PlayStation Now. This indie Metroidvania is inspired by Rogue Legacy, Castlevania: Symphony of the Night, and Binding of Issac, and it shows. Derek Stauffer from ScreenRant said in his review, “The experience is one of rewarding discovery, fluid gameplay and a tremendous atmosphere.” It also received an 89 Metacritic score when it released in August 2018. Thanks to the acclaim and fan reception, it went on to sell over 3 million copies; it’s also been blessed with free updates, thanks to its success.

GreedFall is an open-world RPG published by Focus Home Interactive and developed by Spiders (Bound By Flame, The Technomancer, Mars: War Logs). Unfortunately, when it hit physical and digital store shelves, GreedFall received middling reception, but our own Eric Switzer said that it scratched that Witcher itch for him with multiple dialogue options. He found himself lost in the side-quests, despite having to review the game in a speedy fashion. Perhaps if you’re intrigued by this lesser-known RPG, now’s the time to try it on PlayStation Now!

PlayStation Now is currently $9.99 per month with a year-long option for $59.99. 3-month subscriptions are also $24.99. Maybe, these new additions will sweeten the deal for those on PS4 and PC.
