Now that snow has officially started to fall in the world of Animal Crossing, it’s officially time to start decorating for the holidays. Luckily, players are being treated to an all-new set of festive goodies to decorate their island with.
These slippery DIY recipes are a bit harder to get this time around as they only appear in balloons. However, with some trading with friends, everyone is sure to complete their sets in time for the holidays. Below is every item in the set along with how to get the ornaments needed to make them; players simply need to shake the trees around their island.
13 Big Festive Tree
To start off the set, there is the Big Festive Tree, which is generally much taller than the picture above depicts. This is a tree that will really stand out when placed in players home or put outside to set the tone for a festive area.
To make the tree players will need six red ornaments, six blue ornaments, four gold ornaments, five wood, and five clay.
12 Festive Top Set
The Festive Top Set is perfect to place on a center or side table to make things seem just a bit more festive. The decoration has several different holiday themed spinner tops made to match a festive layout.
To make this set players need just two gold ornaments and one piece of hardwood.
11 Festive Tree
The Festive Tree is a smaller version of the big tree with a few small differences. For example, the base of the tree is completely different from the big version and the ornaments are a bit different as well.
The Festive Tree can be made using three red ornaments, three blue ornaments, two gold ornaments, and five wood.
10 Holiday Candle
The Holiday Candle is another great table topper from the festive set. This candle is smaller than pictured and can easily fit on a side table or on top of a players fire place to help decorate their home.
The Holiday Candle DIY requires the player to collect five red ornaments along with five clumps of weeds.
9 Illuminated Present
The illuminated items have fast grown to be a player favorite as they help to light up the island at night with fun designs. This present in particular is quite popular to place together with other presents as their are different colors of this item.
To make the Illuminate Present, the player will need three red ornaments, four gold ornaments, and three iron nuggets.
8 Illuminated Reindeer
While players don’t yet have a Santa to go along with their reindeer, this is still an incredibly popular recipe. With that being said, there is a sleigh that can pair perfectly with this decoration.
The Illuminated Reindeer requires six gold ornaments and five iron nuggets.
7 Illuminated Snowflakes
For players who can’t get enough of the snowy weather these Illuminated Snowflakes are perfect for both the holidays and winter decorations. They doe require a high amount of blue ornaments though making them expensive to craft.
To make Illuminated Snowflakes players will need to find nine blue ornaments and three iron nuggets.
6 Illuminated Tree
The final Illuminated recipe is for the Illuminated Tree, that comes complete with a star at the tops and ornaments. This is the perfect items to place around your island for night festivities and even comes in multiple colors.
To make the Illuminated Tree players will need to gather six gold ornaments, eight red ornaments, eight blue ornaments, and six iron nuggets.
5 Jingle Wall
Jingle Wall is the perfect wallpaper choice for players who really love to get into the holiday spirit. This wallpaper will essentially turn a whole room into a giant Christmas tree, complete with tons of tassel and ornaments.
To make this overly festive wallpaper players will need five red ornaments, five blue ornaments, five gold ornaments, and five clay.
4 Festive Rug
Players that put up the Jingle Wall should go ahead and throw out the Festive Rug to complete their look. The Festive Rug is also nice for less decorated homes that want to add a bit more of a holiday touch.
To make the Festive Rug players need five red ornaments, five gold ornaments, and five blue ornaments.
3 Ornament Mobile
The Festive Ornament Mobile is the only handing item in the set, and is a perfect way to decorate the ceiling of your house. Like almost every item in this set, players can easily customize the colors of this item.
To make an Ornament Mobile the DIY recipe needs one red ornament, one blue ornament, one gold ornament, and four tree branches.
2 Ornament Wreath
The Ornament Wreath is the easiest DIY recipe to get in the festive set. All players need to do to get the recipe is to listen to the morning announcement from Isabelle on a day when there is nothing else happening.
To make the recipe players will need six blue ornaments and two gold ornaments.
1 Tabletop Festive Tree
The final item is the Tabletop Festive Tree, which is the smallest version of the tree in the set. This version of the tree is specifically met to place on side tables or in the middle of larger ones.
To make this tiny tree players will need to collect five gold ornaments, three tree branches, and two clay.
