If choosing the right villagers for an Animal Crossing: New Horizons island is an insurmountable challenge, not to worry. There are many ways to pick inhabitants either according to theme or personality types that complement those already living on the player’s island.
One way is also just picking villagers of the same zodiac type as the player. It also makes handling birthdays much easier. For Virgos, there’s a pretty good range of different villager species, who all share the lovely, kind and intelligent characteristics of a typical Virgo. Although Virgos doesn’t trust easily, they’re known for being great planners and incredibly caring after opening up.
12 Cows
Cows Norma and Tipper have their birthdays during the Virgo months. Norma’s a normal villager with a pink body, and her birthday is on the 20th of September.
Tipper on the other hand is a white-and-grey cow with a snooty personality type. She’s born on the 25th of August.
11 Goats
When it comes to the goats in the game, two of them are Virgos. Gruff is just as his name implies: a cranky goat villager with a green body. He’s born on the 29th of August.
Nan is among the cutest goat villagers. She has a dark brown body with yellow horns, and she’s a normal type villager. Her birthday is on the 24th of August.
10 Gorillas
A total of four gorillas are Virgos. Boone has the body and appearance of a traditional chimpanzee, and he’s a jock type villager born on the 12th of September. Cesar is an orange cranky villager, born on the 6th of September.
Peewee is a blue cranky gorilla, celebrating his birthday on the 11th of September. Finally, there’s Violet, a deep magenta snooty villager born on the 1st of September.
9 Mice
Only two mice in the game are Virgos, and one of them is Greta, a very unique mouse villager with a face of makeup. She has the snooty personality and is born on the 5th of September.
The second Virgo mouse is Moose, a jock villager with a purple and burgundy body. His birthday is on the 13th of September.
8 Pigs
Those looking to add some pigs with the Virgo zodiac type should either invite Maggie or Spork to their island. Maggie’s a yellow pig with orange spots on her body, with a normal personality type. Her birthday is on the 3rd of September.
Spork is a lazy villager with his birthday also on the 3rd of September. He has a light brown body and brown hair. Keep in mind that those playing on EU versions of the game will see him under the name Crackle rather than Spork.
7 Squirrels
Squirrels are some of the cutest villagers in the game, so luckily there are four of them to choose from when it comes to Virgos. Cally’s a light beige normal squirrel with her birthday on the 4th of September. Hazel, famous for her unibrow, is a sisterly villager born on the 30th of August.
Adorable reddish brown Pecan is a snooty villager born on the 10th of September, while Ricky’s a beige-and-blue cranky villager born on the 14th of September
6 Tigers
Only two tigers are Virgos, unfortunately, but both of them are pretty adorable and unique. Bangle’s a dark brown tiger with bright yellow stripes and a peppy personality. She’s born on the 27th of August.
Rowan is a more traditional orange tiger with black stripes and a jock personality type. His birthday is on the 26th of August.
5 Wolves
Virgo players are in luck because Audie, one of the game’s most popular wolf villagers, is a Virgo. She’s a dark orange, almost red peppy wolf born on the 31st of August.
Along with her there’s Whitney, a white wolf with blue eyes and a snooty personality. Her birthday is on the 17th of September.
4 Bird Variants
For a feathery Virgo friend, there isn’t much to choose from. Jacob, or Jakey for those playing outside of the North America region, is a lazy bird villager with a colorful white, red, green and yellow body. His birthday is on the 24th of August.
Flo is a sisterly penguin villager with a dark purple-and-white body, born on the 2nd of September.
3 Wild Mammals
There’s a whole host of mixed wild mammals who are also Virgos, such as Snooty, the anteater with a snooty personality (of course) born on the 24th of August, and Pinky, a light beige peppy bear, born on the 9th of September. There’s also Fuchsia, a bright magenta sisterly deer born on the 19th of September.
Tucker’s an orange lazy elephant celebrating his birthday on the 7th of September, while Bubbles is a peppy dark orange hippo with his on the 18th of September. Astrid is the kangaroo of the bunch, with a white body and a snooty personality, born on the 8th of September. Finally, there’s Nana, a pastel pink normal monkey born on the 23rd of August.
2 Domestic Mammals
Three domestic animals are qualified as Virgos, including famous cat villager Ankha, with an Egyptian look and snooty personality, born of the 22nd of September. Ed is a light blue smug horse born on the 16th of September.
Chrissy is the only rabbit Virgo, with a peppy personality that fits her pastel pink body. She’s born on the 28th of August.
1 Non-Mammals
Last but not least are the non-mammal villagers, namely Henry, a light green-and-yellow smug frog born on the 21st of September.
He’s joined by Octavian, the rare octopus villager with a red body and a cranky personality that fits his scrunched-up face. His birthday is on the 20th of September.
