Video games are fun and all, but you can’t actually hug them and love them like a physical object. That’s where stuff like plushies comes in. With those, you can finally express your love of a character with a big hug that would kill an actual living creature.
Nintendo’s Animal Crossing series is full of characters that players want to love, so obviously plushies were created to capitalize on that. Since New Horizons is currently the new hotness at the moment, it was only a matter of time before specific stuffed animals from the new Switch iteration would be made.
The characters range in height from six inches to eight inches. The Nooklings are obviously smaller do to their younger age. Tom Nook and Isabelle can be had for around $18 USD while the Nookling brothers will run you $30. The pillow is going for around $25. That’s actually fairly priced, though you’ll likely get killed on import duties.
These plushies aren’t dramatically different from previous ones, but new fans to Animal Crossing will be happy that some stuffed animals are available. I also can’t deny how cute they are.
