If you’ve been diligent in catching all of the new bugs and fish in Animal Crossing: New Horizons each month since its release, you’ll likely notice how you’ve almost completed the entire fish section of the critterpedia while the bug section is falling behind. The bugs are set to make a comeback in July. This is likely the largest amount of new bugs in one month in Animal Crossing for the entire year.

There are a whopping 21 new creepy crawlies to find and most of them are out at night. That means you could potentially get ambushed by a scorpion while trying to find them. Aren’t you a lucky one? Just make sure to keep an eye out and you’ll be good.

Without dilly-dallying around any further, here is the massive list of new bugs this month.

  • Grasshopper - Available on the ground between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm. Brown Cicada - Available on trees between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm. Robust Cicada - Available on trees between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm. Giant Cicada - Available on trees between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm. Evening Cicada - Available on trees between 4:00 am - 8:00 am as well as 4:00 pm and 7:00 pm. Cicada Shell - Available on trees all day. Horned Hercules - Available on coconut trees between 5:00 pm and 8:00 am. Walking Stick - Available on trees between 4:00 am - 8:00 am as well as 5:00 pm and 7:00 pm. Walking Leaf - Available near trees on the ground. Looks like a leaf item.

Once you catch all of these bugs, both your bug and fish counts should be roughly even. That doesn’t mean you’ll be able to rest, however, as some new deep-sea fish will be coming in the July update. Blathers is bound to be excited about that.
