Assassin’s Creed is one of the biggest franchises in gaming. Each game is set in a unique historical period and follows the everlasting battle between Templars and Assassins. Because of the variety of settings and timelines, each game typically presents us with brand new protagonists.
There have been over twenty games released in the Assassin Creed series, and we have met lots of Assassins. Each Assassin occupies a unique spot in human history and either died back long ago or just recently. As a result, you may want to know a little more about them. Here is every Assassin in the franchise based on their age, height, and birthday.

Both Assassin’s Creed Odyssey and Valhalla introduced new protagonists from radically different eras in human history. Therefore, we’ve got a couple more ages, heights, and birthdays to share with you.

17 Kassandra
Kassandra is one of the newer protagonists to join the franchise, but technically the oldest in terms of history. While she predates the founding of the order of Assassins, her actions contribute to the ongoing battle against the Templars. Kassandra is very tall, standing just under 6’ tall. On the other hand, Kassandra’s date of birth is more of a mystery.
We do know she was born in Sparta, but the year is either 458 or 453 BCE. It’s crazy that we can’t give you a precise answer, but not as crazy as her age, seeing as she does not die until 2018. That means that Kassandra was well over 2000 years old before she died.
16 Bayek Of Siwa
Although he isn’t the first protagonist chronologically, he is considered the founder of the Hidden One’s, who are eventually known as the Assassin’s Order. Born in ancient Egypt around 85 BCE, he is an integral character to the Assassin’s Creed universe.
By the time of Assassin’s Creed Origins, he is around 36 years old. Although by the end of the DLC, he is roughly 47 years old. In terms of height, although it is not directly stated in-game or the Wikia, it has been believed that he is at least taller than 5'6 and no taller than 6'0 feet.
15 Eivor Varinsdottir
Eivor is never formally recognized as an Assassin. That said, Eivor shares the same goals and abilities as those in the order, so it seems only fair to count them amongst the ranks of assassins. Born in Heillboer, Rygjafylkem, Norway, in 847, Eivor is the first Assassin to bridge the thousand-year gap between Bayek and Altair.
We do not know when Eivor died, but they were around 26 when they arrived in England and around 38 when they invaded Paris. There is no official source on Eivor’s height, but fans speculate that Eivor was around 5'7".
14 Altair Ibn La Ahad
The first protagonist introduced in the Assassin’s Creed franchise, Altair Ibn La Ahad, is an Assassin present during the third crusade. Born in Masyaf on January 11, 1165, he was around 26-years-old during the first game.
By the time of his death, he was aged 92. In terms of height, he is roughly 6'0 feet tall.
13 Ezio Auditore Da Firenze
Ezio Auditore Da Firenze is the second protagonist introduced in the Assassin’s Creed franchise. Living during the events of the Italian Renaissance, he was born on June 24, 1459. We meet Ezio when he is 17, and we last see him in his early 50s.
He is the same height as Altair, roughly around 183 cm or 6'0 ft tall.
12 Shao Jun
Shao Jun was a Chinese assassin who first appeared in Assassin’s Creed Embers when she sought the advice of former Assassin Ezio Auditore in 1524. Shoa Jun was born on November 7, 1505, so she was 21-years-old in Assassin’s Creed Chronicles: China.
Although her height is somewhat unknown, she is likely at least the average Chinese female height of roughly 5 ft 2.
11 Adewale
Adewale is an Assassin who was born in 1692 in Trinidad. We first meet Adewale as a secondary character in Assassin’s Creed 4: Black Flag, and he is the protagonist of the game’s DLC Freedom’s Cry.
With the DLC taking place at roughly 1735, he would be around 43. Unfortunately, his height is unknown, but he is likely around 6’ feet tall.
10 Edward Kenway
Edward Kenway is the grandfather of Connor Kenway - Ratonhnhaké꞉ton - and the father of Haytham Kenway. Born on March 10, 1693, in Swansea, Wales, Edward Kenway was a pirate who eventually became an Assassin.
During Assassin’s Creed 4: Black Flag, he is roughly around 22 years old. He tragically dies at the age of 42 at his estate in London. Judging from the motion capture of Edward Kenway, he is roughly 5'10 in height.
9 Shay Cormac
Although Shay Cormac was a former Assassin-turned-Templar, he still counts here. Born on September 12, 1731, in New York City, his faith in the Assassins began to waver, so he became a Templar.
He then ends up killing most of his former allies. By the time of Assassin’s Creed Rogue, Shay Cormac was roughly 21-years-old, and it would seem he would be at least 6'0 ft or taller.
8 Aveline de Grandpré
Aveline De Grandpre is the protagonist of the game Assassin’s Creed 3: Liberation. Born on June 20, 1747, in New Orleans, she was a member of the Louisiana brotherhood.
From the start of the game, Aveline is roughly 18 years old. In terms of her height, Aveline De Grandpre’s height is unknown, but she may be at least 5'7 or so.
7 Connor Kenway
Also known as Ratonhnhaké꞉ton, he is the son of Haytham Kenway and the grandson of Edward Kenway. Born on April 4, 1756, in Mohawk Valley, he was roughly 18 years old when he started his life fully as an Assassin.
Connor is by far one of the tallest in the entire franchise. Being at least taller than Altair and Desmond, so a little over 6'0 ft tall.
6 Arno Dorian
Arno Dorian is the protagonist of the video game Assassin’s Creed Unity. Born on August 26, 1768, in Versailles, France, he is the main Assassin involved during the French Revolution. When Arno first became an Assassin, he was around 22-23 years old.
His life as an Assassin starts during the years 1790-1791. Although there is no source for his height, it would be safe to assume that he is at least 6'0 ft tall at most.
5 Arbaaz Mir
Arbaaz Mir is the main protagonist of the game Assassin’s Creed Chronicles: India. Although his date of birth is unknown, he was likely born at least during the early 19th century. Conversely, what is known, is that he was an active Assassin during 1839-1841.
That means Arbaaz is somewhere in his 20s to 40s in the game. It is also unknown what his height is.
4 Jacob And Evie Frye
Jacob and Evie Frye are the main protagonists of Assassin’s Creed Syndicate and were both born on November 9, 1847, in Crawley of the United Kingdom.
Being active around roughly 1868, they are around 21-years-old. In terms of their height, Jacob and Evie Frye are the same height of 5'6 ft tall.
3 Nikolai Orelov
Nikolai Orelov is an Assassin who was active during the early 20th century. He is the main protagonist of Assassin’s Creed Chronicles: Russia. Although, his date of birth is unknown.
What is known is that he was born at least during the 19th century. That means his specific date of birth and age are unknown, as well as any reference or estimation of height.
2 Desmond Miles
Desmond Miles is the main protagonist of the present era from Assassin’s Creed 1-3. He was born on March 13, 1987, in South Dakota. Although Desmond is an Assassin, he wanted nothing to do with it. That is until he was around 25 years old when he eventually rejoins.
From his time in the Animus, Desmond was able to obtain the abilities of his ancestors. Tragically, by the end of Assassin’s Creed 3, he sacrificed his life to prevent the end of the world in 2012. In terms of his height, he is the same as Altair and Ezio - roughly 6'0 ft tall.
1 Layla Hassan
Layla Hassan is the main protagonist of the modern era since Assassin’s Creed Origins. Formerly an employee at Abstergo, she eventually joined the Assassin’s order following an attack on her life.
She is born in 1984 in Egypt, which makes her roughly 34 years old as of 2018. Unfortunately, when it comes to her height, it seems to be left unknown. Regardless, as the series continues to evolve, it would seem that her story isn’t over yet.
