Five men have been charged with several offences relating to match-fixing in esports following an extensive investigation that began in 2019, which was the first of its kind in Australia. Electronic Arts confirmed today that Anthem, BioWare’s upcoming online multiplayer RPG, is now scheduled for release in early 2019. Refusing to call Anthem’s postponed release date a delay, EA’s CFO Blake Jorgensen described the game’s shifting release date a result of smart scheduling. The design of what would eventually become the default armor from the first Assassin’s Creed game is something special.
