It seems that ever since the original reveal trailer aired at E3 2017, negative news and issues surrounding the game have continued to plague one of 2019’s most-anticipated titles, even a mere week before the game was set to go live....
Apex Legends from Respawn Entertainment is currently celebrating its Season 6 event and players are having a blast with the new changes. This may be the concept behind the leaked character Octane who will reportedly get a bump in speed and a launchpad to stay mobile in combat. Respawn’s BR already features a small form of quick travel with the ziplines placed across the map, but those who have used one know that it makes those riding it practically defenseless....
Respawn Entertainment is having some fun teasing the upcoming Apex Legends content drop, as it appears multiple “Jump Pads” have been found in-game. Apex Legends players exploring King’s Canyon have stumbled upon several objects that weren’t there yesterday, it seems. The triangle-shaped, green and black pad launches players high into the air when stepped on. Players believe the Jump Pad is both a test and a teaser for Apex Legends’ upcoming new Legend, Octane, who’s said to have a Jump Pad as an ability....

Today marks the arrival of both the Archer and Fletcher classes in Black Desert Mobile. Pearl Abyss is celebrating their release with an event that should help you quickly level your new characters. The two new classes are among the most agile in all Black Desert Mobile. Archers will use a retrofitted crossbow and the gauntlet Ra’ghon, while Fletchers will use a spear-like projectile called the Divine Piercer. One Dungeons and Dragons fan has gone above and beyond for the community, dedicating the last five years to creating mini models of the almost 2,000 of the game’s monsters and characters. The best part is that, much like Wizards of the Coast’s recent children’s material, these models are completely free to download and use for anyone who has a 3D printer at home. 3D artist Miguel Zavala, who goes by mz4250 on his Shapeways store and profile, has been working for the last five years, creating 3D models on commission for clients, as well as sharing much of his creations with his fans on Patreon....
The Assassin’s Creed games have taken players from Cleopatra’s Egypt to the American Revolutionary War, and yet the Ubisoft franchise has long struggled to realize its concept in a 20th century setting. While the first few games’ segments with Desmond Miles were set in the near future, these segments rarely lasted long enough to have to deal with modern weaponry. Modern times are something Ubisoft has confirmed won’t be explored in-depth in full length games, and it’s easy to see why....
A Feline’s Footfall quest is part of the Asgard arc in Assassin’s Creed Valhalla. Valhalla players are tasked with hunting down and capturing a sound. Specifically, players must capture the sound of a cat’s footfall. This quest becomes available after a chat with Ivaldi where he gives Havi a Cat’s Footfall Note as part of Ivaldi’s riddles. The note will be stored in the players’ inventory under Quest Items. Players will need to complete this quest in order to progress the Asgard arc in Assassin’s Creed Valhalla....
Assassin’s Creed: Valhalla has been enthusiastically received by fans, with famed director John Carpenter praising Assassin’s Creed: Valhalla as well. Ubisoft took creative liberty incorporating Norse mythology into the series, and it paid off tremendously. There are plenty of awesome side missions in Assassin’s Creed: Valhalla that involve the player exploring the vast wilderness of Vinland and interact with the wealth, artifacts, and mysteries of the game. For the mystery subgroup group of quests, part of it tasks players to take hallucinogenic mushrooms called Fly Agaric and solve a set of puzzles using their surroundings....
The Resident Evil series was a pioneer in bringing spookiness to video games. Sony has been giving away games on a monthly basis to PS Plus subscribers for almost a decade now, and there aren’t any signs of it stopping. Terraria has become a big game that players can sink their teeth into, expanding the content as far as a sandbox game can go. Covering all bases, you can spend hours upon hours exploring the base game and still have more to find. Mods have taken the already sprawling map and added to it, creating a living, breathing world that will drag the player into the landscape. Adding enemies and increasing the difficulty, it’s hard to find a mod that won’t improve the game in a big way....
Console designs have changed radically over the past few decades, and certainly for the better. What were once bulky, beige, and fairly ugly monstrosities that sat on the floor next to the television set have evolved into sleek and modern designs that can proudly be displayed on our entertainment centers. Consoles look better than they ever have and for most systems, there seems like little reason to redesign them… but that might not stop people from trying....
