New players in the Animal Crossing series may have gotten the wrong idea about in-game events thanks to the Bunny Event, which lasted far too long and made us all curse those blasted eggs. However, veteran players will know that there are an abundance of in-game events taking place throughout the year, and Earth Day should be first on the list on April 22. Unfortunately, Nintendo has not provided players with an in-game calendar to plan for these events....
BioWare’s recent loot n’ shoot adventure may have met with thoroughly mixed feedback from reviewers and critics, but it can’t be said that Anthem doesn’t offer players enough content to keep them busy. The primary sequence of missions, or critical path, is estimated to only require a timesink of roughly ten hours, but factoring in side missions and endgame content balloons that number exponentially. The offerings include agent quests, contracts, and stronghold missions....
The Anthem demo kicked off today with a bevy of content for most players to explore (assuming they can connect to the servers). A few players, however, are checking every nook and cranny for any hidden content or easter eggs the developer may have hidden away. It’s a good thing too, because something very cool was discovered: a throwback to the good old Konami Code. As players soon found out, typing in the code at the title screen will change the Anthem theme into an 8-bit version of itself....

Assassin’s Creed Valhalla showed an impressive amount of research when it came to depicting Viking history, but it also touched on Norse Mythology. Although not the first Assassin’s Creed game to incorporate pieces of mythology into its narrative (Origins and Odyssey had sections drawing on Egyptian and Greek mythology), Valhalla explores Norse mythology on a much deeper level than its predecessors. Origins had one dream sequence that drew on Egyptian mythology, while Odyssey included hidden encounters with mythological creatures based on Greek mythology....

Assassin’s Creed Ragnarok may or may not be the next Assassin’s Creed title currently in development at Ubisoft, but right now all signs are pointing to yes. Over the years and course of the franchise, Ubisoft has explored many different time periods and cultures worldwide, but it has yet to touch on the early Scandinavian Vikings.
