EA’s yearly installment of Madden strikes again with some pretty questionable ratings. While not every rating can be perfect, because hey, the Madden scientists are people too, most of the overall ratings are at least within a point or two of what they should be. Of course, with nearly 1700 players, it’s inevitable that there will be some terrible ratings. Madden can sometimes be awfully generous with their ratings, giving players who were historically good, but were lacking in the previous season, some too-high ratings....

You wanted him back and he’s back. The man who once killed three men with a pencil is making his video game debut (if you don’t count Fortnite) in Bithell Games’ John Wick Hex. Unfortunately for fans of the widely acclaimed action series, John Wick Hex is a bit of a mixed bag. Bithell Games took a big risk turning the high octane action of the John Wick series into a turn-based strategy game....

Considering the original Final Fantasy VII is considered one of the greatest video games of all time, it makes sense Square Enix would be so apprehensive in remaking the RPG. Johanna Faries is now the general manager for the Call of Duty franchise. That’s according to a press release from Activision Blizzard appointing her in place of outgoing Call of Duty GM Byron Beede. Not only will Faries be responsible for directing the multi-billion dollar Call of Duty franchise going forward, but she’ll also retain her duties as commissioner of Activision Blizzards’ esports leagues, which includes Overwatch League and Call of Duty League....

Animal Crossing: New Horizons, the latest installment in the social simulation series, brought back a ton of memorable characters with its Nintendo Switch release on Friday.
