BioWare’s sci-fi RPG Anthem was one of the stars of the EA E3 2018 press conference. For those who have been following up on all the “rumors” and “leaks” before Assassin’s Creed Valhalla’s reveal, there’s been one lingering question since the Viking Era was brought into the equation. Namely, because of its spots in the Assassin’s Creed timeline, would or even could it have Assassins and Templars? Perhaps if Assassin’s Creed Odyssey didn’t mostly pull out of this conflict, removing the Hidden Blade(returning in Valhalla) alongside it, this wouldn’t have been as big of a question....

It is cost effective, allows for more time to further develop subsequent games in the series, and is often welcomed by fans who get to revisit an old favorite. Like it or not, the Bay Harbor Butcher, Dexter Morgan, is returning to Showtime. The network announced that a new 10-episode limited revival of Dexter is coming in 2021. In the meantime, it will be interesting to see which next-generation console is more readily available in the weeks after launch. Both the PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X have proven to be hugely popular, with Microsoft reporting unprecedented demand for the Xbox Series X console, so both may be hard to come by for consumers. Meanwhile, it will also be interesting to see if the Xbox Series S console manages to sell out as well, which seems likely considering it will be available at a much lower price tag than all the other next-generation consoles launching this November....

Among Us developer InnerSloth has revealed the release date for the game’s new map, The Airship, which will arrive in a free update adding a number of other features. The map was already confirmed back in December when InnerSloth said that its biggest map yet would arrive in early 2021. The developer has teased players with images and short animations since and recently revealed that the new map would include ladders and moving walkways....
