Anthem, BioWare’s upcoming third-person MMO shooter, has joined a growing number of announcements and video premieres to be shown during The Game Awards 2018. Today, the developer released a very short teaser trailer confirming that the highly anticipated game would have something special in store for the show. At just nine seconds long, the Anthem trailer below is the very definition of a tease. Little, if anything, can be drawn from the content of the teaser, which only briefly shows each of the game’s four Javelin exo-suits: the Ranger, Interceptor, Storm, and Colossus....

During EA’s E3 2018 press conference, EA and developer BioWare revealed lots more about sci-fi RPG Anthem including the showcase of a brand new gameplay demo. However, one thing noticeably missing from the trailer and the question and answer session that preceded it was Anthem player versus player. The game may pit players against massive creatures but fans are eager to know whether it will feature PvP gameplay too. Game Informer wanted to know the answer to that question too, which is why the publication asked BioWare directly during a recent interview for its Anthem cover story....

Respawn Entertainment has revealed the annual Holo-Day Bash event for Apex Legends. Last year, the event featured winter-themed cosmetics and a limited-time game mode called Winter Express that tasked teams to capture objective points on a train. This year, the train returns with a revamped LTM and new holiday-themed skins. The Apex Legends Holo-Day Bash event is scheduled to start December 1 and will feature challenges to unlock the Holo-Day Bash collection....

E3 2019 is in full swing and EA is first up on the long list of press conferences scheduled for the next week. During the EA Play presentation, Respawn announced several new features and elements coming to Apex Legends in the coming weeks. One of the biggest new announcements is the start date for Season 2, which is coming pretty soon. Season 2’s theme is Battle Charge and launches with a new Battle Pass on July 2....
