As March is quickly coming to an end, many games, such as Assassin’s Creed: Valhalla, are kicking off the new season with a variety of different events happening within the game. To celebrate the in-game spring season festivities, Ubisoft has started the Ostara Season festival event, which began as of March 18th, 2021. The Ostara Festival takes place in Ravensthorpe and has multiple fun and combat-heavy quests for Eivor to gain a plethora of cool items and cosmetics....

Assassin’s Creed Valhalla has hit the shelves, and with both drawing influence from Norse mythology some comparisons with 2018’s soft reboot of God of War will be likely. While Assassin’s Creed has always been far closer to a work of historical fiction than God of War’s pure fantasy, the games have a surprising amount in common. There are even some locations from Norse mythology which appear in both Assassin’s Creed Valhalla and God of War 2018....

After watching Solo I just had to write about it in some form. There is so much I want to say about it. Let’s start with the good since I will not be talking about its blessings in the main article. First question right off the bat. Did I like it? Yes, but there’s a big asterisk next to that. I would classify it as a fun summer blockbuster. A group of celebrity Dungeons & Dragons players is getting together under the Lost Odyssey banner once again. This time, however, the adventure will be a spooky one to go with the season. It will also be Matthew Lillard’s (Scream, Hackers, Scooby Doo) first time serving as Dungeon Master for a livestreamed D&D show. The players, meanwhile, are all well-known women in the tabletop scene. And they’re all coming to this event in the name of Extra Life....

Epic Games rolled out a new update, patch v14.50, for Fortnite on November 3rd. Players can expect some big changes following the Halloween Fortnitemares event. Fans of Fortnite are no stranger to updates and map changes. Epic Games is well known for keeping their game fresh by adding, changing, and moving map locations, as well as adding seasonal elements, vehicles, and weapons. These changes cause the meta to shift, bringing excitement to all levels of competition with each update....

Crypto, in the right situation, can be the most useful legend in the entire game. Apex Legends has a fair few characters that feel overpowered and deadly in the right hands, but Crypto is a bit more unique. Admittedly there’s nothing much to get excited about initially, as while his drone is cool, it doesn’t exactly benefit you much in the firefight, with Crypto relegated to a supporting character. But that doesn’t have to be the case....

It’s time for Apex Legends competitors to start working on their jab, because the Fight Night Collection Event will be hitting servers soon, according to developer Respawn’s latest trailer. Practically since his induction into Apex Legends, fans have been begging for Revenant to receive a few much needed tweaks. Many love the character idea and design, but when it comes to competitive play in Apex, he left much to be desired. It remains to be seen how this tweaks, which come alongside Bloodhounds Old Ways’ event, affect the character, but they seem like a step in the right direction. His tactical ability, Silence, now lasts twice as long, has twice the AoE, has two charges, and will disable Gibraltar’s Gun Shield....
