Ever since it’s release back in 2007, Assassin’s Creed had created a foundation that eventually laid the franchise out all over the world. Becoming one of the largest running ones currently out. However, as it came out over a decade ago, plenty of new changes been made since then while also maintaining the groundwork that made the series so recognizable. However, newer fans or newcomers to the franchise might not know what exact changes were made or what was kept the same in Assassin’s Creed....

Apart from Odyssey and Rogue, every Assassin’s Creed game has revolved around a member of the Assassin Brotherhood (or the precursor group known as the Hidden Ones). And each of them has had to follow the tenets of the ancient Order’s Creed. None of those tenets refer to a dress code, though. Assassins are seemingly able to wear what they want to put down their targets — most of whom are dangerous Templars....

Ubisoft has certainly tried to up the ante with Assassin’s Creed. For better or worse, this historical stealth series seems filled with more gimmicks and larger worlds with each successive entry. The most recent game, Assassin’s Creed Valhalla, is possibly the most expansive title to date. It presents players with the vast open world of Medieval England, engulfed in a bloody struggle between the various squabbling kingdoms and the invading Vikings....

Over the course of its history, the Assassin’s Creed series has evolved to feature a number of changes that have been met with varied reactions from fans. Some love the updated combat system and loot-focused approach of Origins and Odyssey, while others long for the more stealth focus of AC 2 and Brotherhood. After having played Assassin’s Creed Valhalla two times now, it’s apparent that Ubisoft is trying to satisfy as much of the AC fandom as possible, even bringing back some familiar elements from the prior games....

The DC Extended Universe is still chugging on despite what critics and fans think about the quality of the last couple of entries. Though the films haven’t necessarily lived up to critical expectations they have provided the base to a cinematic universe that can be course corrected given the right leadership and direction from the top down. The great thing about DC is that they have a lot of talent and stories to pull from in order to make the DCEU an astounding cinematic universe that could proudly stand toe to toe with the MCU in the eyes of critics and movie-goers everywhere....

It’s been confirmed that the Nintendo Switch version of A Plague Tale: Requiem will only be playable on the system via cloud streaming. This news has been confirmed by the game’s official Twitter account which posted the announcement trailer alongside which system A Plague Tale: Requiem would be coming to. I adored Genshin Impact at launch and I still have a lot of love for it now. That being said, live service titles rarely suit me.
