The lore of Apex Legends is a strangely wonderful thing. The setting is all there, given that it’s obviously set within the Titanfall universe. But apart from the background and history of that universe being pretty well established, the greater majority of the rest is a refreshingly open canvas that is absolutely begging for player agency, fan theory and investigation. From its Legends’ mysterious origin stories to the nature of the Apex Games themselves, Respawn’s light-handed approach to doling out expository bits of lore has yielded no shortage of wildly cool and enticingly plausible fan theories....

The PS4 has seen a plethora of first-person shooters over its almost seven-year lifespan. Not all of them are created equally, however. A great FPS uses the perspective to immerse the player in the story and make them more heavily feel like they are a part of the action. A bad one, however, is often janky, boring, and gives little reason to continue playing. Some of the lackluster titles listed below have redeeming qualities, but they will never touch the greatness of the best the PS4 has to offer....

When Square Enix released Bravely Default for the Nintendo 3DS back in 2012, they didn’t expect such a massive positive reaction to the game. Activision Blizzard is feeling particularly litigious today as the company has filed a lawsuit against Netflix for poaching talent from the company back in 2018. To quickly recap, former Activision Blizzard CFO Spencer Neumann was fired from the company two years ago for an undisclosed reason. By itself, No Man’s Sky has improved tremendously since its fumbled release, and its community of players are now passionate about the game and its continuous stream of high-quality updates....

Alienware has been in partnership with Riot since early 2019. As a sponsor of multiple League of Legends esport productions, the partnership has been one of mutual benefit. Alienware receives the opportunity to readily show its logo in tandem with the popular League of Legends esports, while Riot Games has help offsetting costs of production. If this is the case, then chances are the isometric PSP title Killzone: Liberation won’t be making an appearance. Sony has yet to officially confirm the collection’s existence, telling Gamespot “we have made no announcements.” Currently, the original Killzone is unavailable on PlayStation 3....
